Robert A. Blackwell Jr. is an experienced information technology (IT) professional with a wide array of knowledge in various fields. He received his education from University of Maryland University College where he completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems Management and a Master’s of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy. Mr. Blackwell holds several industry certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and the Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM). Mr. Blackwell is a proud life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and he uses the fraternity’s motto “First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transend All” as the methodology for developing IT solutions for his clients. He believes in investing in the individual and providing technical solutions with a community frame of mind. Mr. Blackwell also understands that not all solutions fit every client’s needs. However, all clients need a solution that is tailored to their current and future business objectives. Mr. Blackwell volunteers his time working in the community supporting the Innovative Community Engagement (ICE) Foundation where he serves as a board member, as well supporting the NAACP, National Urban League, and the Ira Dorsey Scholarship Endowment Fund.
