Brandon Blackwell
Brandon Blackwell is an accomplished information technology and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in software development, cloud engineering, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology solutions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Blackwell has worked with organizations including Microsoft, CACI, and BAE Systems, developing and implementing secure, scalable solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
Mr. Blackwell earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Johns Hopkins University with a focus in Cyber Operations.

In addition to his professional work, Mr. Blackwell has contributed to research and proof-of-concept development focused on emerging cybersecurity technologies and the responsible application of artificial intelligence.
He is a co-author of the IEEE publication, Applying Prompt-Based Mitigation of Gender-Role Bias in Large Language Models for Security, which examines prompt-based techniques for identifying and mitigating gender-role bias in large language models within security-related contexts.
He has also conducted proof-of-concept development for Discontiguous Memory Architecture, an experimental cybersecurity architecture exploring alternative approaches to data protection, memory organization, and resilience against unauthorized modification and ransomware-related threats.
Mr. Blackwell is committed to mentorship, leadership development, and community service.
A member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., he dedicates time to mentoring collegiate students and young professionals, encouraging academic achievement, professional development, and careers in technology. Drawing from his own experience as a former collegiate athlete at Salisbury University, he places particular emphasis on helping students and athletes successfully navigate the transition from academics and athletics into their professional careers.
